This is just my record of my weight loss to keep myself accountable. I am using this as a platform to assist in my endevour. I am 25 years old, at one point I did have my weight down 75lbs, but over the course of just a little over a year I have put it all back on. I have been larger my entire life, but it is time to get this under control.
